Founder / Site Lead / Program Manager

I am a founder and site lead with a strong track record in building and scaling technology hubs, engineering centers, and end‑to‑end product teams from the ground up.

I combine the perspective of a Head of Engineering and Program Manager, leading complex initiatives (Agile, digital transformation, AI) while owning strategy, delivery, and people development.

Who and how I help:

I work with founders, tech leaders and aspiring Project / Program Managers who want to build, scale or fix modern engineering and product organizations. Drawing on years of experience as a site lead, Head of Engineering and program leader, I help you connect strategy, delivery and people so that your hub, team or initiative actually works in real life – not just on slides.​

In our sessions, we focus on your real context: designing or reshaping tech hubs and engineering centers, stepping into roles like site lead, Head of Engineering or Program Manager, and making Agile and product development truly click for you and your organization. I also support professionals who are moving into Project / Program Management to understand the Agile mindset, navigate complex stakeholders and own outcomes end‑to‑end.​

You can use our time for a deep dive into a specific challenge, for a short mentoring program to accelerate your growth, or as a strategic sparring partner when you are about to make an important decision about your org, role or career direction.​

Session formats:

1. 60–120 min focused sessions on a specific challenge (e.g. “how to step into a Program Manager role”, “how to design my new hub/org”, “how to make Agile actually work for us”).
2. Short mentoring programs (3–6 sessions) for aspiring Project / Program Managers and emerging leaders who want to accelerate their growth.
3. Leadership sparring / “second brain” sessions for founders and senior leaders around strategy, org design, and critical decisions.
