Romain Rebour is an entrepreneur and a catalyst in the technological ecosystem.

Originally from Lyon and based in Krakow for the past 8 years, he has co-founded and successfully exited two startups: a software house in Krakow and an AI-powered IT lead generation platform in the US. Today, he works as an independent advisor on soft landing strategies in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and on open innovation processes, while also serving as co-founder of the France–CEE venture capital fund Rock&Bold.

In 2019, Romain founded La French Tech Krakow community, with the support of the French Government, to connect French and Polish innovators committed to cross-border collaboration. He's now the official bridge between the French and Krakow tech ecosystems.

Since January 2023, with the addition of La French Tech Warsaw community, La French Tech in Poland has become a central player in the Franco-Polish economic landscape, bringing together a network of more than 1050 public and private partners — from startups and unicorns to major Polish and French corporations and institutions.
