  1. The Founder's GTM Playbook: See how a Go-to-Market strategy is built from scratch. This includes defining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), crafting a killer Value Proposition, and setting the commercial roadmap for launch.
  2. The Sales Engine in Action: Shadow the 0-to-1 Customer Acquisition process. Learn the exact mechanics of Direct Sales & Cold Outreach (Email/LinkedIn), how to run effective discovery calls, and what it takes to close those crucial first 10 customers.
  3. The Product-Market Fit Detective: Experience the role of a Product Manager during the validation phase. Learn how to conduct Customer Development and Discovery Calls to gather key insights, rapidly iterate on the product, and use feedback to definitively achieve PMF.
