Private Chef & Culinary Explorer

Born in Malaysia and raised in Singapore with Punjabi-Indian roots and Indonesian family influence, I grew up surrounded by Asia’s rich culinary diversity. Over the years, I’ve lived in Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, Portugal, Switzerland, Germany, and Poland, collecting flavors, techniques, and cultural inspirations along the way.

Today, I work as a travelling private chef, bringing authentic Southeast Asian cuisine with a unique historical and fusion twist to workshops, private dining, and cooking classes across Europe - including Poland, Czech Republic, France, Portugal, Zurich, Berlin, and Frankfurt.

My mission is simple: to share the love of food, culture, and history through affordable fine dining experiences and hands-on culinary sessions. I’ve collaborated with renowned chefs and culinary studios, from Sztuka Mięsa in Poland to Atelier in Prague, and hosted cooking events with communities, pop-ups, and private clients across Europe.
